Hank joined Gagnon Securities in 2002 and is a Partner in the firm.

He started his career in 1964 as an accountant at Lybrand Ross Bros. & Montgomery. In 1969 he joined Fanning Enterprises where he was Chief Financial Officer. In 1977 he rejoined Coopers & Lybrand as a partner and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Hank also served as Executive Director of Proskauer Rose LLP, and later Milbank Tweed Hadley McCloy LLP and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.

Hank has a BA and MBA in Accounting from Pace University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of New York and New Jersey.
